Policies & Reminders

  • Minimum order for BUTTERCREAM CAKES is $160.
  • Minimum order for FONDANT CAKES is $250.
  • Custom Cakes take time — we recommend booking at least 2 weeks before your event date.
  • Orders are confirmed ONLY after a 60% deposit or FULL payment has been received.
  • If paying a deposit, the remaining balance MUST be paid before pickup or delivery.
  • ALL PAYMENTS MADE are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Pickup location is Rose Way, Milton.
  • Delivery is available upon request at an additional fee ($35 within the GTA).
  • If there is an unavoidable change to your pickup or delivery time, please notify us AT LEAST 12 HOURS in advance so we can discuss possible arrangements.
  • Due to other commitments outside the cake business, availability outside the agreed pickup or delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
  • Any changes to cake size, design, flavour, or additional items must be requested AT LEAST 1 WEEK before the event date.
  • Changes requested after this period may not be possible and could attract additional charges.
  • We specialise in CUSTOM CAKES and appreciate customers who trust us with creative freedom.
  • Inspiration photos are welcome; however, we do NOT create exact replicas of another artist's work.
  • If you or your representative chooses to pick up the cake, please ensure it is transported on a FLAT and LEVEL surface.
  • Once the cake has been picked up or delivered in good condition, CAKE STATION is no longer responsible for any damage thereafter.
  • Our products may contain or come into contact with MILK, WHEAT, NUTS, SOY, and other allergens. Customers are responsible for informing their guests of possible allergen risks.
  • Cakes should be kept REFRIGERATED or in a COOL environment. CAKE STATION will not be held liable for issues resulting from improper storage or product expiration after delivery or pickup.
  • Some cakes and decorative elements may contain DOWELS, STRAWS, or SUPPORT STICKS for structural stability. Please exercise caution when serving.
  • We reserve the right to photograph our cakes and use the images for DISPLAY, MARKETING, and PROMOTIONAL purposes without compensation.
  • Completion of orders is subject to circumstances beyond our control, including accidents, labour disputes, weather conditions, Acts of God, or other unforeseen events.
