Funmi Adepoju is the creative director of cake station bakery. Funmi is a passionate Nigerian Born cake artist with over 2 decades of cake business experience,her passion for cake decorating  started in her teenage years by assisting a neighbor who was a baker at the time, everytime during school breaks and holiday, she would be at the neighbors cake shop assisting in ways she can and learning in the process

Funmi started making income from cakes in her university days, and after university she decided to go into the cake business fully. The most enjoyable aspect of the cake business for her is decorating cake, creating artistic cake designs, exploring edible mediums and training and sharing her knowledge and skills with other cake artists. She has trained hundreds of bakers through her online and offline cake courses.

She recently moved to Canada with her family, and has started thriving and building her brand again to the top.
